Travelling for work and looking for accommodation near to my workplace and came across this property. First I was bit hesitant and concerned about safety but Wade assured me as the place is safe and neighborhood is quite. Now I can confirm it was pretty safe and private and never felt like I am in bad spot while I was there, neighbors were friendly and used to waive whenever they used to see me at property. Wade and his team was really communicative and provided answers to all of my concerns and made sure that I am enjoying my stay. I can definitely consider myself rebooking it in the future.

The place was lovely and very comfortable. It was convenient for my needs. Wade is a wonderful host and was very responsive. I got quick responses to my questions. I wish there were 2 beds instead of a single bed. My sister was supposed to stay with me but the single bed did not work for her. The shower was huge and clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a place to stay in Floydada. There are no other choices that are as nice.
