Great place in Floydada. When I first walked in to the apartment, smelled fresh leather! Very clean and comfortable place to stay!

Came in from out of state and needed a last minute place to stay for a funeral. Wayne was very quick responsive when the microwave wasn’t working. The place was small and basic but it had everything that we needed. The only downside was that there was a dog in the neighborhood that we could hear barking at night.
