Construction update: Our new properties at 902 & 904 Garrison St in Floydada are on track to be ready for guests mid-January 2026.

The Properties

Sage Outpost (Green - 1st Floor): Ground-floor entrance with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Easy move-in access.

Sage Lookout (Green - 2nd Floor): Exterior 2nd floor entrance with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Elevated unit with modern finishes.

Midnight Stronghold (Black Steel): 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleek design with comfortable amenities.

What's Included

Each unit features a full kitchen, high-speed internet, and modern amenities. Located near the intersection of Highway 62 and 70 in Floydada, these properties are on the road adjacent to our existing properties at Wingen RV Park (720 W Ollie St, Floydada, TX 79235).

These units offer something that sets them apart from our other Floydada properties: private, in-unit washers and dryers. No shared laundry facilities or trips to the laundromat—do laundry on your own schedule.
